BIOGRAPHY
The Parliament of Owls are ...
that much is for certain.
They spend most of their time creating ambient soundscapes to fit the images they conjure collectively in their cortices. They usually allow listeners to be taken with the music, to create an image of their own and have a unique experience. However, from time to time, they will compose and record theatrical monologues and dialogues for the music (as in the track "Captain H.G. Whitaker and the Galaxy of the Dead").
Their debut, self-titled album was recorded for the 2010 RPM Challenge.
